Chateau Falfas was bought in 1988 by an American attorney John Cochran and his newlywed French wife Veronique. They have been using bio-dynamic principles since that time. The chateau consists of 20 hectares consisting mostly of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, with a little Cab Franc and Malbec. Sadly John recently passed away in 2009, but Veronique continues the hard work and tradition.
